Results: Results go to your secure Everlywell account, with an email when ready. Mailed kits: typically within 5–7 business days of the lab processing the sample. In-person Quest panels: typically 1–2 days. OraQuick is read at home in about 20 minutes; Visby results come through its app in about 30 minutes.
Privacy: Home kits ship with only a shipping label and no test name. Everlywell says it never sells health data and does not share results with other healthcare providers or insurance companies. Positive results for reportable infections are reported to public health as required by law, even when the test is ordered online.
Physician consultation: Tests are ordered and results reviewed by an independent physician network. For positive chlamydia, gonorrhea or trichomoniasis results, a clinician treatment consult is included at no extra cost; for hepatitis C or syphilis it is an educational session without treatment. In-person tests include a clinician consultation and treatment where applicable. Medication cost is not stated.

Results: Results are posted to your Wisp account 3–5 business days after the lab receives your sample. The oral HIV self-test in the 7- and 9-Panel kits is read at home in about 20 minutes.
Privacy: Wisp says kits ship discreetly and results appear in your Wisp account. Wisp states that it reports positive chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and confirmed HIV results to your state or county health department. Positive results for reportable infections are reported to public health as required by law, even when the test is ordered online.
Physician consultation: No provider visit is needed to order. The 3-Panel, 3-Site, 5-, 7- and 9-Panel, Mycoplasma genitalium and herpes swab kits include a telehealth consult; the HIV, syphilis and HPV kits include care-team messaging only. Wisp can prescribe for chlamydia, gonorrhea (not throat), trichomoniasis, Mycoplasma genitalium and herpes; medication is paid separately at the pharmacy.
