We want every fact and every price on this site to be right. If you spot something wrong, please tell us.

How to report an error

Contact us using the details below. It helps if you include:

• The page address.
• What's wrong, quoted or described.
• A source that shows the correct information, if you have one. For prices, the provider's page is enough.

Providers are welcome to report errors about their own prices, tests or features. Please send a link to the page that shows the correct information.

Contact details are being finalized and will be published here before launch.

How we handle a report

1. We check the claim against the primary source, such as CDC guidance or the provider's current page.
2. If we were wrong, we fix the page and update its "last updated" date.
3. If the correction changes the meaning of a medical, legal or price fact, we add it to the log below.
4. If we checked and the page was right, we keep it as is. Where we can, we'll tell you what we found.

Price errors

Prices are checked automatically every day. Large changes go to a person for review before they appear, as our methodology explains. If a provider's price has changed and our table hasn't caught up, report it and we'll verify it by hand. Every price shows its verified date, so you can see how recent it is.
