About this site

Terms of use

These terms apply when you use stdtestprices.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information only, not medical advice

The content on this site is general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using the site doesn't create a doctor-patient relationship with anyone. Our tools give general suggestions based on public health guidance and don't replace a clinician.

If you have symptoms, see a clinician. If you think you were exposed to HIV in the last 72 hours, go to an urgent care, emergency room or your doctor now. CDC says PEP must be started within 72 hours. In an emergency, call 911. Free and low-cost testing is listed on CDC's GetTested site.

Prices and availability

We collect prices from providers' public websites and show the date each was last verified. Our methodology explains how. Prices, promotions, test menus and availability can change at any time, and some providers don't sell in every state. The price and terms on the provider's checkout page are the ones that apply to your purchase.

Purchases are with the provider

We don't sell tests, collect samples or deliver results. When you buy, you buy from the provider, under the provider's terms and privacy policy. Questions about orders, refunds, samples or results go to the provider.

Some links to providers earn us a commission. Our affiliate disclosure explains how this works and how we keep it separate from our rankings.

Accuracy

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, and we cite a source for every medical, legal and price fact. We can't promise that every detail is complete or up to date at every moment. If you find an error, please report it through our corrections page.

Use of the site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy large parts of it, scrape it in ways that strain our servers, or try to interfere with how it works.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
